Contact form

The information you submit is used only to handle your request and contact you. It is sent to Belgian Process Solutions through the Brevo email service. The website application does not save it in a database.

Advertising and LinkedIn Insight Tag

Only after you agree to the advertising category is the LinkedIn Insight Tag loaded to measure advertising conversions, build retargeting audiences and provide aggregated reporting. The tag may process the visited URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics, timestamp and certain page interactions. Our integration does not use Enhanced Matching and sends neither email addresses nor values entered in the contact form to LinkedIn.

Cookies and analytics

The website stores your consent choice locally. After your explicit agreement, Google Analytics measures traffic and Microsoft Clarity creates heatmaps and session recordings to help us understand journeys through the site. Every contact-form field — name, company, email, phone and message — is masked from Clarity and its content is not sent to Clarity. You can refuse as easily as accept and change your choice at any time through “Manage cookies” in the footer.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
